Tennessee Psychologist Pleads Guilty to Lying to the FBI

Man Pleads Guilty in Bid-Rigging and Fraud Conspiracies Involving Municipal Bonds

Douglas Alan Goldberg of Chatsworth, California, an employee of Rubin/Chambers, Dunhill Insurance Services Inc., also known as CDR Financial Products (CDR), pled guilty in New York to his participation in bid-rigging and fraud conspiracies related to contracts for the investment of municipal bond proceeds and other related municipal finance contracts. He is the third employee of CDR to plead guilty in this case.

New York Bank President Charged with Attempted $11 Million TARP Fraud

Charles J. Antonucci, Sr., the former president and chief executive officer of The Park Avenue Bank in New York, was charged with self-dealing, bank bribery, embezzlement of bank funds, and fraud. Antonucci allegedly attempted to fraudulently obtain more than $11 million worth of taxpayer rescue funds from the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP. Antonucci is the first defendant ever charged with attempting to defraud TARP.
