SANTA CRUZ — A 24-year-old man whose Santa Cruz home was raided by police and the FBI twice after UC Santa Cruz researchers’ homes were targeted by animal rights activists was arrested Friday in Southern California on a Santa Cruz County warrant for felony perjury.
