Pharmaceutical Manager Charged with Obstruction of Justice
Thomas Farina, a former pharmaceutical company manager from Fairport, New York, was charged with obstruction of justice for altering and deleting documents pertaining to a drug that his employer was under investigation for promoting for unapproved uses, when he had been specifically instructed to preserve all such documents relating to the promotion of that drug.
