Four Convicted in $2 Million Drug Trafficking Conspiracy
Dempsey Johnson and Raphael L. Donnell, both of Kansas City, Missouri, and Boun Rattanavong and Dung A. Nguyen, both of Texas, were convicted by a federal jury for their roles in a conspiracy to distribute hundreds of thousands of ecstasy pills, worth approximately $2 million, in Jackson County, Missouri.
